About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have been practicing psychotherapy with individuals, couples, families and groups for nearly 20 years.

I earned my Bachelors of Arts Degree (BA) in Honors Psychology from Oberlin College and my Masters in Social Welfare (MSW) with a Mental Health Concentration from UCLA.

I started my career in community mental health settings where I had the opportunity to work with adults, teenagers, children, and families from diverse backgrounds. I spent several years as a psychotherapist, supervisor, and the Clinical Program Coordinator at Women Helping Women, a program of the National Council of Jewish Women/LA.

As a licensed clinician, supervisor, and learner I am always working on enhancing my knowledge base through continuing education, peer consultation, certification courses and professional community involvement.

When Iā€™m not working, I spend time hiking, concert going, exploring new restaurants, cooking, and hanging with my husband and two kids.
